My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While I was impressed by the spacious and clean room with stunning views, I faced several accessibility issues and communication problems that made the experience frustrating. Additionally, some aspects of the service, such as key access and wayfinding, could definitely use improvement. However, the overall location was ideal for families, right by the beach and close to amenities.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I was disappointed with room quality, as it didn't meet my expectations after staying here before. The amenities were lacking compared to what I anticipated, and the service from the staff was less than friendly. Overall, it had potential with its views and pool, but some improvements are definitely needed.
